This adjustable dumbbell set converts into a full barbell with the included extension bar, giving you two pieces of equipment in one compact set. Each dumbbell handle measures 15.7 inches and connects to a 15.7-inch extension bar to form a 37.4-inch barbell (41.3 inches total with plates loaded).
The set includes 12 weight plates in three sizes — 2.75 lbs, 3.3 lbs, and 4.4 lbs (4 of each) — allowing you to adjust each dumbbell from 5.5 lbs up to 22 lbs, with a combined maximum of 44 lbs across both dumbbells. Plates are secured with screw-lock collars for a firm hold during use.

Finally quit my gym membership

Perfect for a small apartment
I live in a one-bedroom and had zero room for a rack of weights. This whole set fits in a corner next to my couch. I started with the lighter plates for shoulder work and I'm slowly adding weight for curls. Great beginner-friendly setup.

Solid, but the collars take practice
Build quality is good and the grip on the handles is comfortable even with sweaty hands. My only complaint is that the spin-lock collars are a bit tedious when you change weights between sets. Not a dealbreaker, just slows down supersets. Would still buy again.

Good value, limited weight
For the price it's a decent set. If you're already fairly strong, though, 40 lbs total will feel light for barbell lifts pretty quickly. Fine for dumbbell work and accessories, but I'll need to buy extra plates.
