Dieses verstellbare Kurzhantelset lässt sich mit der mitgelieferten Verlängerungsstange in eine vollständige Langhantel umwandeln, sodass Sie zwei Trainingsgeräte in einem kompakten Set erhalten. Jeder Kurzhantelgriff misst 39,9 cm und wird mit einer 39,9 cm langen Verlängerungsstange zu einer 95 cm langen Langhantel verbunden (insgesamt 104,9 cm mit beladenen Gewichten).
Das Set enthält 12 Gewichtsscheiben in drei Größen – 1,25 kg, 1,5 kg und 2 kg (jeweils 4 Stück) – sodass Sie jede Kurzhantel von 2,5 kg bis zu 10 kg einstellen können, mit einem kombinierten Maximum von 20 kg für beide Kurzhanteln. Finally quit my gym membership

The plates lock in securely, and turning the dumbbells into a barbell takes under a minute once you've done it a couple of times. I do squats, rows and presses in my garage now and don't miss the commute at all.

Perfect for a small apartment
I live in a one-bedroom and had zero room for a rack of weights. This whole set fits in a corner next to my couch. I started with the lighter plates for shoulder work and I'm slowly adding weight for curls. Great beginner-friendly setup.

Solid, but the collars take practice
Build quality is good and the grip on the handles is comfortable even with sweaty hands. My only complaint is that the spin-lock collars are a bit tedious when you change weights between sets. Not a dealbreaker, just slows down supersets. Would still buy again.

Good value, limited weight
For the price it's a decent set. If you're already fairly strong, though, 40 lbs total will feel light for barbell lifts pretty quickly. Fine for dumbbell work and accessories, but I'll need to buy extra plates.
